Two Hour Monday Afternoon Art-Making Sessions

Mondays need not be winter blue days! Start your new year exploring colors and collage on recurring Mondays.  Come explore your creative side with no pressure in our beautiful light-filled studio. With this registration you may drop in for an hour any time beginning 1:30 pm to 3:30 (latest start time).  Enjoy selecting from and creating with our curated collage and mixed media supplies, available at your fingertips! . Join us to create some cheer and spark your imagination in a community setting!

About Christine

Christine Abassary is an experiential artist aligned with your truest creative expression.  She taps into artistic mediums that resonate with you including (not limited to): watercolors, paints (acrylic/ oil), inks (india ink / alcohol inks), and collage. “I truly believe by returning to a state of creative freedom we can begin to explore the beauty that resides in each and every one of us.”

During her educational journey she trained in New Mexico with Cornelia Albrecht on Georgia O'Keeffe's ghost ranch and studied therapeutic art at The George Washington University and fine arts at the University of Massachusetts. She has relocated to Asheville from New Mexico in search of waterfalls after exploring the west. She enjoys hiking, trying new cuisine, traveling, dancing, mixed media art making, floating down rivers, making new friends and spending time with her family while living her lifelong dream of pursuing her passions.  She can work with you individually or in intimate group settings.
